Data deletion
In the iOS app, open Settings and choose Delete all local data to remove saved bank connections, transaction history, insight history, filters, custom tones, analytics identity, and widget data from that device. For email list or support-message deletion, email support from the address you used.
What to include
- Device model and iOS version.
- Pocket Pivot version or TestFlight build.
- A short description of what happened.
- Screenshots only if they do not reveal sensitive transaction details.
Bank connection help
Bank connections are currently treated as a controlled beta. Do not send API keys, bank login details, IBANs, or full transaction exports by email.
App Store review note
Pocket Pivot uses read-only bank approval flows, local transaction storage, and product analytics that exclude bank data. Pattern insights are for awareness and are not financial advice.
