Data deletion
In the iOS app, open Settings and choose Delete all local data to remove local connection material, transaction history, insight history, filters, analytics identity, and widget data from that device. For launch-list, support-message, or service-side questions, email support from the address you used.
What to include
- Device model and iOS version.
- Pocket Pivot version or TestFlight build.
- A short description of what happened.
- Screenshots only if they do not reveal sensitive transaction details.
Bank connection help
Automatic bank connections are in closed beta and open in waves. Availability varies by bank and country. Pocket Pivot cannot create payments or move money.
